職位描述：

1、負責產品設計開發進度的跟蹤與實施,并提出指導性的建議與評估
?
Responsiblefor product design progress tracking, Provide guiding recommendations andassessments
?
2、負責產品設計、開發與評估，改進電子元件、電子產品及系統
?
Responsiblefor product design、development and evaluation, optimal designfor electronic component and system.
?
3、審核項目進展各階段的文檔和圖紙, 保證文檔的完整和規范
?
Reviewthe documents and drawings of all stages of the project progress to ensure thespecification of the documents
?
4、負責跟進新產品試產，溝通、解決、完善試制過程中出現的技術、工藝問題
?
Followup the trial produce of new product, give engineering support ontechnical problems during this time
?
5、組織相關人員制定產品工藝方案， 確保研發與生產的銜接。
?
Organized relevantpersonnel to make process plans to ensure the connection between R&D andproduction.
?

任職要求：
?
1、大專以上學歷、3年以上工作經驗、電子信息相關專業；

2、熟練使用Protel、PADS與Solid works等軟件；
?
3、對電子產品熟悉，對展示類,影音類電子產品開發有一定了解；
?
4、有3-5年電子產品項目開發經驗；
?
5、有較強的分析設計、創新、組織、自我完善能力； 能獨立解決項目研發過程中的各項問題。
